Court of Appeal discharges Nehat Kulla from three accuses, "murder", "murder remained in attempt", "kidnapping". But the general will continue to remain in jail for other 5 years, charged with two other accusations;
(11/1/2002)TIRANA (January 11) - Court of Appeal discharges Nehat Kulla from three accuses, "murder", "murder remained in attempt", "kidnapping". But the general will continue to remain in jail for other 5 years, charged with two other accusations; "documents falsification", and "arms keeping without any permission". No evidence or witness managed to verify the three accusations. After a long one year judicial process "General", managed to drop three of 5 accusations by Albanian Justice. Judge Lefter Jahja declared Kulla non guilty for the murder of Fatmir Thaci", 'murder remained in attempt of 8 police employees", and " illegal freedom abolishing of citizen Gezim Ziri". Prosecutor has not managed to convince the court about the crimes that Kulla had committed during 1997.
