He was arrested while he was in the company of a friend of his, who was driving at that moment. It is learned that Kulla posed no resistance, and there was arrested also the man who was accompanying him. Trusted sources reported for redaksia, that the police had information that Kulla was at the area. 50 year old, Kulla was wanted by the police since May 3 of this year, some hours later after he was released all of the sudden, by a Tirana court decision. Police declared him "wanted" after he beat two journalists who asked him for an interview after he was released from prison.
