1. The Government of Albania has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of “Enhancing Quality of Financial Reporting (EQ-FINREP) TF 098923.

2. The Recipient intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract resulting from this IFB: “Supply of PC Equipment and accounting software” Ref.No.AL-EQ-FINREP/II.3/G/SH, for University of Tirana/Faculty of Economy , Agricultural University of Tirana/Faculty of Agriculture Economy  and CFCU in the Ministry of Finance.
3. The Central Finance and Contracting Unit (CFCU) in the Ministry of Finance invites interested suppliers to quote with regard to the items under this Invitation. Price quotations will be evaluated for all the items together and contract will be awarded to the firm offering the lowest evaluated total cost of each lot separately. The prices should be quoted in EURO for the total cost which includes all taxes, VAT, customs, duties, inland transportation and insurance, loading and unloading.
4. Quotation in English language should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and catalogue(s) and other printed material or pertinent information for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing service facilities in Albania.
