TCN is a System Integrator operating in Albania, Kosova and other countries. TCN frequently participates in national and international tenders. TCN shall enhance procurement capabilities and employ one experienced Procurement Manager able to perform independently and efficiently, in an international environment. TCN is looking for challenging and ambitious professionals with management capabilities, willing to boost their career and personal wealth.

Mandatory Competencies / Skills:
  • University degree, preferable in law, economy, or related discipline;
  • Minimum of five years of work experience
  • Experience with procurements, especially in of WB, EU, EBRD projects or similar international organizations.
  • Experience with government procurements
  • Certificate of training issued by international organizations;
  • Very good knowledge and practical use of computer applications;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills; organizational and management ability;
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines;
  • International Travel availability; Extended hours work availability
