Expressions of Interest
 
The Government of Albania has received a loan from the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for Consulting Services “Audit of Municipal Social Rental Housing Project for years 2015 and 2016”. 
 
The auditing service includes the following tasks:
 
  1. Audit the Project Financial Statements of the Municipal Social Rental Housing Project for period from January 2015 – December 2015 and January 2016-December 2016.
  2. Audit the Project Financial Statements (including Statement of Expenditure and Special Account) for the same project;
  3. The objective of the Projects Financial Statements’ auditors, is to analyze  the Financial Balance of the project, in accord with the (IAS);
iv)        Audit the Projects’ accounting systems (books and records) provides the basis for the preparation of the special purpose PFS, special-purpose SOEs and special-purpose Statement of SA, and is established to record the financial transactions. 
 
The Project Implementation Unit now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services : similar contract , CV of proposed staff, client references .
 
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) Procurement Guidelines (November 2004 Version III under a LCS procedure (Least-Cost Selection).
