ProjectCoordinator –Education for Sustainable Development
The Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) has a mission to make a meaningful contribution to Albania's economic progress by focusing investments in the following areas:
•             Education and Leadership Development
•             Entrepreneurship
•             Support for Cultural and Eco-Tourism
The AADF is searching for a Project Coordinator who will work within the Education component of AADF’s programs. She/he will primarily focus on the implementation of education projects and assist in their development.
Main duties involve but are not limited to:
-              Preparation and maintenance of detailed project plans
-              Manage project deliverables in line with the plan.
-              Managing of project scope and dealing with escalating issues where necessary.
-              Supervise relationships with third party consultants, and manage their input within defined budget.
-              Work closely with other stakeholders in the field of Education to solicit information and coordinate efforts during project development and implementation.
 
Successful candidates will have a university degree on a related field, at least three years of project planning and implementation experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, event management skills, ability to work independently, fluency in English, computer skills including MS Office, solid ethics. Good understanding of institutional settings in the public sector, primarily Education is considered an advantage.
