AMENDMENT
to
 INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

Subject: Consulting Services for tourist development plan
Location – Albania
The following amendments are made to the Invitation for Expressions of Interest:
 
Instead of:
“The Consultant shall satisfy the following minimum technical and financial criteria:
•           The candidate has completed at least (2) two projects (with value of services not less than EUR 1,000,000 in each project) in both the required fields of expertise described above within the (4) four calendar year period prior to the year of closing date for submission of applications, or started such projects no later than 2012.”
 
Replace with:
“The Consultant shall satisfy the following clarified minimum technical and financial criteria:
  • The candidate shall have completed a number of projects (with a combined value of services not less than EUR 2,000,000) within the (4) four calendar year period prior to the year of closing date for submission of applications, or started such projects no later than 2012. The minimum value required for projects in the field of tourism development strategies shall be EUR 300,000 and the minimum value required for projects in the field of spatial development plans and design infrastructural interventions shall be EUR 700,000. Any combination of projects is acceptable to achieve the combined value of services stated above, providing there is at least one project in each field of expertise.”
 
And
 
Instead of:
“Consultant’s Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below by DATE July 7, 2014.”
 
Replace with:  
“Consultant’s Expressions of Interest must be delivered to the address below by DATE July 22, 2014.’
 
All other terms and conditions of the Procurement Notice remain unchanged. The above alterations and /or corrections to the Procurement Notice are integral part of the Procurement Notice.
