Ukë Rugova under arrest, suspected of leading a criminal group
All papers report on yesterday’s arrest of Ukë Rugova, son of late President Ibrahim Rugova and Kosovo MP. Koha Ditore notes that Rugova was arrested along with nine other persons suspected of visa fraud. Rugova and the group are said to have sold Schengen visas from €2,700 to €3,500.

Leaders agree: Election reform must end in February
Leaders of leading political parties agreed to conclude election reform in February and pave way for holding parliamentary elections in the first half of the year.
