The Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) began operations in November of 2010 with the support and encouragement of USAID and the United States Government. The foundation’s mission is to make a meaningful contribution to Albania's economic growth by making social investments related to entrepreneurship, education, leadership development and support for cultural tourism.
AADF is enriching its Entrepreneurship and Cultural Heritage programs’ portfolio with a new exciting projectconsisting ofurban requalification and business development programme near Vlora city center, including restoration of cultural monuments’ buildings, reconstruction of other buildings and creation of TID association. The project aims to create a unique model of management of the site and to integrate the public and private interests of the area into one structure.
 
Subject of The Tender: Restoration and reconstruction of façades and roofs of 68 buildings in the city of Vlora.
